PRODUCTION
Sustainable growing, no herbicides and natural grass cover. Yield of 41 Hl/ha, hand and mechanical harvest. Natural fermentation (indigenous yeast), long maceration (25 days). Ageing 12 months in French oak barrels (1/2 new). Bottling at the Château with our staff, Production of 19 000 bottles.
