PRODUCTION
Sustainable growing, no herbicides and natural grass cover. Yield of 32 Hl/ha, hand and mechanical harvest. Natural fermentation (indigenous yeast), long maceration (21 days). Ageing 12 months in concrete tank. Bottling at the Château with our staff, Production of 15 400 bottles.
