PRODUCTION

Sustainable growing, no herbicides and natural grass cover. Yield of 32 Hl/ha, hand and mechanical harvest. Natural fermentation (indigenous yeast), long maceration (21 days). Ageing 12 months in concrete tank. Bottling at the Château with our staff, Production of 15 400 bottles.

90% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc

TASTING NOTE

Colour Subtle red colour, really brilliant.
Nose Fruity, intensifying on a note of red fruits.
Palate First smooth and enjoyable followed by subtle aromas and finishing with fine tannins.
