PRODUCTION

Sustainable growing, no herbicides and natural grass cover. Yield of 39 Hl/ha, hand and mechanical harvest. Natural fermentation (indigenous yeast), long maceration (25 days). Ageing 12 months in French oak barrels (100% new). Bottling at the Château with our staff, Production of 3 000 bottles.

TASTING NOTE

Colour Deep and concentrated.
Nose Fresh fruit underlined by notes of dark fruits and spicy.
Palate Strong attack on a very round and smooth structure, flavour stays long in the mouth. Perfectly balanced wine.
